Yami Yugi Pendant Unisex T-Shirt - Black

The shirt itself is fine. But the support completely sucks. I bought 7 items and after waiting MOREN THAN A MONTH I only received 5 items. I needed to contact the store and it was almost impossible to contact, because the provided mails in the order and the webpage and the order summary DONT WORK, so you need to contact the chat and MAYBE (and if you are lucky) they will contact you the next day, MAYBE. Additionally, because they are too useless to contact the user when THEY don't have in stock what you bought, apparently two times, so i tried to contact multiple times (at least 15 times), but only two of the many tries were successful, one to ask about my purchase because 20 days in and NO NEWS NOR TRACKING NUMBER, and only to find out that apparently one of the products I bought was not in stock even though it was on stock on the page, and also again after my purchase because I received the package with missing items, which apparently were not in stock (again), so after other multiple attempts I was able to contact but Im still waiting for my refund more than a month and half away from initial purchase which was on 4th July. WE ARE IN 19 AUGUST AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
I really hope this review changes something because I honestly cant believe that in 2025 they have so shitty customer service and support. I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS STORE.
